About project
Open Gates is a common project of Zlín Region, Olomouc Archbishopric, Evangelical Church, cities, towns and parishes. The aim of the project is to bring visitors of churches closer to values of an architecture and art connected with Christian tradition, and to point out some other interesting places in the surroundings.
Zlín Region, region in the eastern part of Moravia, is characterized by the multiformity of its nature, richness of traditions and beauty of cultural sights. Except churches from the Open Gates project there are also other remarkable places of Zlín Region plot on the map.
